Lost Recovery Phrase or Private Key
Why the phrase matters and what options remain.

Your wallet is self-custodial: the recovery phrase is the only way to restore it, and we never store a copy.

Check secure places first - password managers, encrypted notes, printed backups and old devices still signed in.

If the app is still installed and unlocked, back up the phrase again immediately before reinstalling anything.

Without the phrase or private key the wallet cannot be restored by anyone, including support.
